Hello everyone! I hope you had a great Thanksgiving, and ate enough pumpkin pie for me, as I could not make one here, because they don't sell canned pumpkin here unless it is soup!
Today we went to a crocodile farm! We learned a lot about salt water crocodiles. They are the meanest, and largest crododiles, meanest mainly because they are very good parents. They raise about 700 babies at the farm every year. The leather from crocs is supposedly top notch. I wanted to get a wallet, but it was $675! We were going to get some croc teeth, but they were no less than $50 each!
There are bats living right in the middle of town, a swampy area with little trees. There are thousands of them! I think they are cute, kind of look like a teddy bear in the face! When hanging, we estimate them to be about a foot long from feet to head. I think they might be flying foxes, but I'm not sure.

Hi Guys!
What's Danny cooking? Something with Rice Bubbles? Have you found any Velveeta yet? We looked it up the other day and it sounds like Kraft Cheddar Cheese in a blue box is about the closest you are going to find. Isn't it funny how the names of things are different? Your neighbors probably think Rice Krispies is odd sounding! Oh, Tonya, Kayleen and I would not agree that your bat is cute. We found one live one and one dead one when she moved - neither one was cute. Your mom was the brave one and got both of them out of the house while we cowered on the other side of the door, looking out the window!
Hope you are having a great week!SC
Danny is "carving" the ham for Thanksgiving. We kind of gave up on the velveeta cheese. Yeah, mom told me that story about the bats...but really, they are cute!
